IT Supervisor
The IT Supervisor or Lead Web Director possesses the wide range of skill sets needed to communicate directly with the COO and Art Director in compiling functional websites, web pages, and source code for the company’s eclectic clientele. The Lead Web Director is also responsible for managing the other programmers and possess strong oral and written communication skills. The Lead Web Director, although focusing on clients and project management, must be capable of stepping in to create, and adjust, any web project that requires their expertise.
Skill Set:
- CPanel, WHM, or other web management software (4+)

- Domain Management
Ability to provide maintenance to multiple websites, domains, subdomains, and addons remotely. Background experience in freelance or in a firm. Php forum moderation, maintenance, and management. Good communication skills, organization and content management skills necessary. Ability to create original source code, libraries, and scripts. Familiarization of programming languages, W3C standards and conventions is a must.

Requirements:
- Bachelors, Degree in Computer Science required. (Technical, Degree in Computer Science will be considered.)
- Management or Team Leadership Experience
- Strong math skills
- Technology support volunteer experience highly recommended
